Morning Edition, February 3, 2005 · The American Association of Retired Persons is lobbying against President Bush's proposal to allow people to put a portion of their Social Security savings into private accounts. The powerful senior citizens group has found an improbable ally in their fight -- Rock the Vote, the youth get-out-the-vote organization promoted by MTV

Ask our posters in England what happened when, they privatized their retirement!!!!

I have to keep this going. many people are disabled around the United States. Social Security is their life line. For years the United States has given aid to those countries in need. For what ever reason, President Bush thinks this needs to be done away with.

Don't let this happen voice your opinion to your congressmen and women
