What is Seraquel really for anyway?

Initially I thought it was for my slight paranoia (I think people are always talking bad about me behind my back), but I keep reading all these things that it's for schizophrenia?

Is paranoia a condition of schizophrenia?

Wolfstar - I'm sorry to be asking these questions in your thread, but since you said you didn't know anything about Seraquel...I thought this may help you also (If anyone out there knows, that is).
