This being the small world that it is, it happens that my niece and her husband run a health food store/juice bar/restaurant in Boone. I've never been there, but I hear it's pretty good.

God gets us where he wants us in his own sweet time. Some days I'm okay with that, but most days I'm impatient. You know the drill: "God, grant me patience, and be quick about it!"
