I sue the clinic I would personally sue everyone involved in hopes that I would cause them a financial burden. If I had friends in the IRS I would be sure each of them were audited. I would then find a way to get their cell phone numbers and sign up for every sleazy siding and time share promo I could come up with. To make those kinds of trouble for someone that is truely trying to fight for their life is low.
I would do everything legal to make their life not worth living.
