Hi all
I am moving in Jan/Feb back to South AFrica. I will be in Pietermaritzberg near Durban. I am desperatly trying to make contacts there with any support groups. (I am also in AA and OA) and I havejust been diagnosed with Bi Polar after almost six year of soberiety with swinging highs and lows. I am so relieved to finally be getting the help I need but am worried I won't be able to find suppoet groupls in SA when i go in six weeks or so. Please if you have any contacts or anyting write back. thanks
