Thanks, everybody...
I'm interested to know how others handle stress. I am being honest in that I don't really know how...or, at least, how to do it properly.
I know that is a person is stressing me out, I often don't say anything or respond in anger or stress, but I'll take it out later in other ways (such as depression or self-destructive behavior). Sometimes I will start crying or something during the confrontation or stressful situation, and that is embarrassing, so that creates more stress...
I try to mediate or just find a little quiet place within myself (thanks, Kel!) but I can't always find it. Lots of noise in there...the quiet place gets drowned out a lot.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
