I can't remember a whole lot about how I started off, unfortunately. But I do know that Strattera does NOT work right off the bat like Ritalin does or like Eli Lilly wants you to believe. It seems like I recall having some lethargy when I was taking 100mg so I was moved down to 60mg a day which is what I have been taking for months. Yes, I was stairstepped up because I'm prone to side effects and I don't believe in starting most psych meds at full dosage. It takes a few weeks for it to get to its full effect once a therapeutic dose is reached. Hope this helps!
