Wellbutrin works differently on everyone so you can't go by other's experience, but I'll tell you mine.
I took it to quit smoking also. I was awake for days on that medication and smoked twice as much. By the end of the week I was following my daughter around crying and asking her why she hated me, lol.
It's normal to have some side effects at first on any of these medications. Keep an eye on it. If it gets worse call the doctor. I would also try to stay away from the caffeine for now. I had to quit taking it after a week. You'll know for sure in 3 or 4 days.
