I had similar problems myself. Though as many have said, damage to a lot of organs can or could be cause for nausea when eating, as they're almost all involved in some step of the process.
It could also be withdrawals too, which is up in the brain. That's what I suspect was my problem. I wasn't smart enough to go to a doctor though.
