Lightbulb I've learned...

I just got this email from an old friend that has no idea what i have been going through...sometimes people just know that something is wrong. I just wanted to share it with all of you. These are so true for the people in recovery. Because we do learn a lot of stuff after all we have lived through. Hope you enjoy.
