My birthday present to myself is to make a commitment and stick with it.
I am done with alcohol! I have been wanting to quit for a while. I am more of a binge drinker than everyday but this last year I was laid off from work and found myself drinking more. I know alcohol is everywhere, but the beach culture and tourist destination makes it so hard to ditch. I am going to do it this time!
Please help support me. I am want this so bad and tired of feeling crappy. The hangovers have been getting worse and worse. Not being able to sleep it off and mental confusion. Anyone else get that?
