I DO have insurance. In Massachusetts, and for other states I'm pretty sure, doctors have to take a 6 hour training to get suboxone certification. For the first year they can have 40 patients and after that they can only have 100. Because of this, most doctors will not take insurance because they don't make as much from insurance and because they can meet their max number of patients just by taking only cash.
