Hi there..It's the second time in row I had terrible nightmares..Just like the ones I had when I had an hangover..It always goes together with a kind of rush in my head..In a way it hurts me Physical..It's for years now I went to schrinks and doctors because I had to of my parents and court..They never gave me a diagnose but last months we were trying with different kind of pills..In the first place I'm an addict..And because of the joints I smoked all day long day in and out I starded to get a bit paranoid especialy bout my boyfriend..I starded to get jealous and thought every women that passed our house (we live on the groundfloor)were looking in because of my boyfriend..It's like this that I been alone for all my life and not really used to relationships...It drove my boyfriend nuts
and he would stop the relationship if I would'nt do something bout my problem and he wanted to stop me smoking that pot I did that ...And the paranoia went away..But the doctors gave me pills (SOLIAN..Do'nt know if it's the same name in the U.K or the states)Anyhow they did'nt fit me very well..I did'nt get out of my bed ..Did'nt had feelings when I was making love with my boyfriend and did'nt menstruate..Last week I starded takin' an half time to time because I want to stop with them..Maybe that's why I had those nightmares..But I realy wonder if anybody recognise the feeling of that rush in your body that goes up to your head? I had a lot of those nightmares ..they always are very demonic and mostly it seems like I am in my room the room changes and like last night a lot of creatures are comming to tease me and I was shouting to my boyfriend to wake me up and pushing him with my legs to wake me up..But like last night I woke up because he entered the door..Because he went to make a sandwich in the kitchen..I asked him if I did'nt move before or pushing him with my legs..or shout his name..He told me I did'nt..Now today when I was awake I felt time to time the same rush in my head
just like you have the flew but anyhow different..I asked a lot of times to people if someone recognised this feeling when they had a nightmare but noone does..I could'nt go to work because of the nightmare cos I slept till 2 o clock (it's a vollunteer job but that makes no different)I'm a kind of afraid to go asleep cos once I had such nightmares 5 nights in a row..it was terrible..Is there anybody who recognize this rush in the head..It feels like all your body is shaking and there's a rush in the head... :headache: Yes exactly like this smilie..Hugs from Stefanie
