Those both sound yummy, Pony. This coming weekend is "Pumpkinfest" in Pleasantville, and I know that there will be all sorts of pumpkin goodies...pies, tarts, breads and muffin, so I may indulge for the weekend and then stick to these recipes next week.

I am not much of a baker, Pony, but I think I'll give it a try. Cross your fingers.
