Is the Newcastle area in Delaware?

Alcohol and mental health issues do not get along. Do you think he would be willing to stop drinking?

I'd suggest Al Anon for you and your son (there is also an Ala Teen too). There is also CODA (codependents anonymous) and DRADA (depression and related affective disorder association). Here's DBSA (depression and bipolar support alliance)... http://www.dbsalliance.org.

What kind of mental disorder does he have? I'm asking cuz I'm going to poke around on the Internet and see what I can come up with in your area.
