The sub detox , which should go very very slowly, should not be controlled by you, especially with external life agrivating factors. There should be only 1 source for sub and the dose decreased by a physician.
If this is not working out - you will need another method - perhaps inpatient detox. or hospital chemical dependency detox.
Sub has to be lowered very, very, very, slowly - and there needs to be a clinical decision by a professional adictionologist on how much to lower the dose and when.
