Our state offers respite care so that parents can have a time away from their disabled child. I think you need a break. I'll look for some information for you too. It doesn't sound like you are getting the support you need. We also have other services that would come in and help you too. If you lived in California I could send all kinds of help. I'm just not sure about Oregon. I will look into it though.
