I'm sorry you're having a tough time. How old is your son? It is hard being a single mom. I raised my kids alone too. I remember those sleepless nights wishing I had someone to help me.
You'll get through this. I was in a bad mental state with PTSD when my kids were young too.
What is your son's diagnosis? I have a niece with down syndrome.
