However, I've done that. Gone through Human Resources, Department of Social Services, even went so far as to contact the my state's delegate to the House of Representatives. She put her fingers to the grindstone (well, her secretaries) and SHE couldn't come up with anything.
I'm stable enough to not be suicidal, but that's really as far as it goes.
