I've been taking fish oil, garlic tabs, cal-mag-zinc, vitamin c, vitamin b complex, detox tea, milk thistle, potassium, melatonin (for sleep), besides my hypertensive medication (because im fat now, hahah), and doing quite well since ive been exercising again.
Only thing is........ive got to keep it up. my goal is lose 40lbs......a lot i know.......but its a goal none-the-less.......
