Benzo addiction is one of the most difficult addictions to overcome. Withdrawal can precipitate seizures very easily as well as the other typical signs/symptoms of acute withdrawal. You need to withdraw under the guidance of a doctor, as you are on quite a bit of benzos. Your doc can best recommend a weaning schedule so you don't end up in the hospital. However, before that withdrawal happens, you need to really want it. If you're truly not ready, it's not going to happen.

And tib, what are you doing these days about your drinking problem? I hope and pray your working on that too.
