Hi and welcome. Those are benzos and benzos are particularly hard to detox off of and from what I understand, more dangerous to quit than heroin. It shouldn't be done without medical supervision. My husband detoxed off benzos in the treatment center. He was told that post acute withdrawals could last as long as 2 years.
Your doctor gave them to you for a reason. Follow his advice and quit using them as hangover helpers and you won't run out. You other choice is tell your doctor that you need help and get HIS advice for tapering.
