Hey, I am 33, also bulimic and been hospitalized twice for it. I'm not sure where you are in the UK but have you heard of ABA? (Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous), they are a relatively new fellowship and have several meetings in central London a week.

Could be worth a try, check out their website and their book is fantastic.
