I remember you from the boards (I am infrequent as well)...

Congrats on your first meeting! God laid out a great path for me as well... first He used AA to help me find Him (even though I was the one who was lost!)... then I found a relationship with Christ. Pretty amazing.

I am a huge believer (pun intended) that I, as an alcoholic, need the 12 steps and program of AA to keep my sobriety.... I heard someone say 'you go to church to be saved, you go to AA to be sober.' True true.
