I _hate_ it !!!! I am way too much of a "type A" personality to sit for an hour and do _nothing_ !!!

except that it works. Especially if I do it right before bedtime. It really helps me sleep, and in turn that makes a _big_ difference the next day.
I also have a massage every other week. that's a huge help with my lousy circulation. It's completely got rid of all the numb feelings in my feet and hands, and reduced the sharp pains I get all over.
