I don't know if there are any Christian based Recovery meetings in your city but where I live there are "Alcoholics for Christ" and "Celebrate Recovery" meetings in addition to hundreds of AA meetings.
I would not say they are better than AA but you do get to talk about the Bible and J.C.
The bad news is they don't want to here any mention of the Big Book or
Bill W.
