at first I thought .... I'll have to do that tomorrow or this weekend because I have to work all day and have a meeting after that. Then.... I started thinking about the challenge of how to do that through the day anyway...
I'm going to stretch between patients and do some deep breathing. I'm going to eat downstairs in the cafe where there are flowers on the table. I'm going to do a lot of things with intention and turn this day into about me!
