I don't know what detox would be like for you after one week. You had a long run without alcohol. The sooner you stop the easier it will be. You may not be in the habit of drinking everyday yet. It will be easier to stop now rather than later. I hope the best for you. It sure would be sad to go back to where you were after such a long run of sobriety.
