I don't do sugar. I pretty much leave desserts alone as they are mostly baked goods. You see me posting in the avoiding Obvious Sweets thread, which I use to track my healthful eating days.
For me, my eating choices no longer feel like a diet because I'm not really restrictive on the amount I eat. I find that I'm satisfied with a "normal" amount under most situations. What I lack is the ability to moderate some foods, so I tend to avoid them unless it's in a controlled situation.
