when i first stopped i took milk thistle for my liver (i don't know whether it helps or not...but my liver labs came back good-thank God)
i've tried taking glutamine and it never helped me at all. i haven't seen tryptophan to try it, but will look. i take vit c all the time when i'm feeling sick or think i may be getting sick. it's never made me peppy, but i do thoroughly believe in it's "powers".
