Second...wow, we sure don't know, do we?

My husband's sponsor is a bartender--has been since he was about fifteen minutes sober (which was almost twenty years ago). The bar where he drank, where he panhandled, where he found his bottom is the only place out of many, many he applied to that (took pity on him) and offered him a job. He was grateful to have the work, and he says it gives him a lot of gratitude -- and perspective -- still.
