not 100% sure. i came here looking to do some research on the subject and a place to start.
my father was an alcoholic (since i was 7) i never really gave his problems much thought. when he died i figured that chapter of my life was over as it were. well this situation is bringing up issues for me that are not just related to what is going on right now in my life.
i have noticed patterns in my life that indicate i need to do something for myself.
this topic was more of a rant, sorry if it is confusing i guess i was just blowing off steam.
