This is a beautiful poem - and you are a beautiful poet!!!! You know I love my "recovery garden" and I do enjoy flowers so much. I have given armfuls of roses away, as they just keep blooming an blooming and are just too lovely to keep just for myself.
I read in this poem that there are so many "flowers" in our lives, beautiful things that we take for granted or just don't notice because we are preoccupied with other thoughts and the beauty and joy are right in front of us, if we just take time to stop and smell the roses and observe the beauty.
