I personally do not believe you have relapsed at all.

My doctor also has an MD in Holistic Medicine and has prescribed this for me to help with my muscle spasms. It is used for many things. My doctor KNOWS I am and alcoholic in recovery for many years and is very very careful what she prescribes for me.

We are not doctors, and cannot give medical advice. However, I do believe your SPONSOR was correct when she said you have not relapsed. Your sponsor 'knows' you, this pharmacist does not. If I were you and it helped with my depression I would continue to take it.
