It's completely silly to prescribe one drug to try to help you get off another drug! How absurd!
Honestly, if you want deal with your addiction to drugs, I would strongly recommend going to a NA meeting, sharing about this experience, and finding a sponsor.
12-Step recovery programs can change your life if you are willing to work them.
They have for me.

I so appreciate you taking the time to reply but I know myself and know I will stay away from these drugs, I just need a plan to stop illing, seems nothing works... I'd love to shoot my dr. Here I thinks he cares about me when all he cares about is my cash! I know I'm close, don't have a pinch of an urge to go back, just gotta get normal. Sometimes I feel hell could be worse, and I'm a christian! God I feel for those who need opiates for life because of pain, me, I'm just a junkie!:praying
