at no point in my life have i felt like this . part of comunity . health no heavy sweating no bed weting no coughing and passing blood no beer belly . mentaly no blackouts no talking rubbish not as much fear less anxiety no living in fantasy . spiritul verbal exspresing love to mother buying birthday cards and presents for familly and friends . generous kind honest . yes this is the work me and higher power have achieved in short space of time . love and serenity sanit
