i dont have any experience on subs how ever the smart thing would be to see your Dr on this , NO he wont kick you out .. you need help and he/she can get you the help you need .. dont try and do it alone that could be VERY dangerous . hope you go see um .. be honnest dont hide anything .. there professionals that can help you get help !
