Tried to run today but my hamstring felt a bit dodgy so I ended up cycling for an hour. Then worked my triceps, did some push ups and managed 107 chin ups.
I've been doing chin ups every day and recently I began to dread them. I didn't do any yesterday and today I felt great doing them, almost looked forward to it. I think it's time for me to shake up my routine a bit and do chins every second day.
