Welcome ! This is a great forum. Lots of great help. I am a bit confussed about your "medical marijuana card". You smoke for pain relief or for the side effects from pain medication? You said the pain clinic won't prescribe unless you stopped smoking. I hope you get some more feedback from this forum. I must admit I have never had loss of appetite, insomnia or irritabilty from pain medication. Hope you get better. Hang in there.
