Sounds like she wasn't worth your time then if she'd dump you over something like that. There must be something else going on with her. Maybe I don't know enough about relationships, but that seems like a total B.S. reason to break up with someone after nine months. I know birthdays and anniversaries are important to women, but it seems like if she really liked or loved you, she could let that one slide. You deserve someone who will value you more than that and not be so superficial.
