I have gone through this...am still a little. But it is getting better...
I have severe BP type 1. Mixed state...anxious, racing thoughts and depression
(at the same time)..whoah...
You have received excellent advice here already.
What helps me..(evenings are worse)...is to get quiet, alone somewhere..and I
tell my mind to stop! I say out loud .."I reject that thought.".It takes practice. And ask
God to help me...also..practicing positive affirmations are a life saver.
