Hey mx. Only things I can think of:
Go back to your doctor(s) and tell them what's going on, that you need a different med to help with the bad thoughts;
Call/contact your Counsellor/s and tell them what's going on, ask for immediate advice;
Call a mental health 'Hotline' for the same;
Try doing stuff you haven't done already to calm yourself, like reading a good book, going for a walk, doing some exercise, watching a good movie, doing some art, writing down your thoughts, writing down all the bad stuff and then tearing it up (thereby 'getting rid' of them).
