I've been smoking regularly since I was 15. So, I've basically been smoking for 15 years now. In the "Alcoholism" forum there is a thread called "What to expect when you quit drinking" and I found it very helpful.
Quitting smoking is next on my agenda as I am tired of it... but I love it. haha.. doesn't that suck. My biggest problem is that when I run in to a big hurdle programming at work I'll go outside and smoke and think about it and then come back in and fix whatever was wrong.
I am going to try the "cold turkey" approach first. Can someone share with me what they went though? Like a Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 approach? I would greatly appreciate it.
