thanks for your post, like you it was my husband who convinced me to go to a meeting after an incredible (in a bad way) month of drinking where i ended up on whiskey at 7am just so i could get up. You seem to be lucky like i am to have a husband who although is hurting because of our alcoholism, all he sees is the woman he loves but desperatly wants to save. my husband has gone through so much because of me yet he still stands by me.....I am so lucky,many people walk away, and with good reson, but some of us are blessed with a person who loves us so much they will go through anything to get us better, and when you have that sort of love anything is possible. take care x
