You know, if I wasn't an alcoholic this question would never cross my mind. And since I'm an alcoholic in recovery, it still doesn't. It reminds me of the question as to whether I'd take a pill that would cure alcoholism (should one ever me invented). These are things I never think about. Maybe I'm too busy trying to stay sober than dream the impossible dream. I'm not trying to rain on your parade here, but these are things that just never cross my mind.

God, Please set aside all I think I know about myself, my disease, the Big Book, the 12 Steps, the Program, the people in the fellowship, spiritual terms, and especially about you God so I may have an open mind and a new experience with these things. Amen
