I'm going to respect everyone's right to anonymity, and not name names

Honestly, I hear recovery "lingo" all the time, whether it's a minister, cashier, or anyone I happen to cross paths with. I used to assume it was because someone had experience with a recovery program, but now I believe it's a result of the literature that's used, much of what I hear in recovery also comes from the Bible.
