Most of the books I've read reccommend glutamine and tryptophan, depending on what medications you might already be taking. Gutamine helps with sugar metabolism and tryptophan with cravings. I also take Thiamine, a multi B, and Vitamin C.

You might want to read "Seven Weeks to Recovery", which addresses some of these issues. Good luck!
