Keep in mind... A Craving is NOT a command.
And the good thing is, cravings will pass..usually they only last a few minutes.
You should try to keep yourself busy to keep your mind off of thoughts of smoking. Ice water can help...many people have found crunching on ice takes away the urge.
The nicotine is out of your body now... that takes about 72 hours. All the rest of it (and the huge part) is psychological. My worst day of my quit was day 5... once I got past that day, things started getting a lot easier. Keep up the good work...you can do this!
