Cindi - sounds like it's a positive choice for him - praying he is able to embrace the opportunity and use it to accomplish good things for himself and for your family!!

Trina - I'll be here tomorrow - on a holiday week - I have to go back to an eight hr day schedule - which is gross!!

My atty is working on an agreement with my ex - I have to bring back some of the stuff to the house and my ex says he will sign the written order dropping the spousal support and waive all rights to my retirement. we are working thru what I bring back - ex is actually asking for me to bring back stuff that is STILL IN THE HOUSE - (how crazy????)

So my atty says he will also put in the order that my ex has to leave me alone - no phone calls, texts, etc. - if not there will be a $2,000 fine and 30 days in jail!!!!!

Looks like there may soon be an end to all of this - Also atty will check on status of divorce - judges ofc seems to have lost several - maybe with in the next few weeks - it can all be over.
