Still a non-smoker! I am no longer reaching for phantom cigarettes out of habit. I enjoy my morning coffee without a cigarette, the withdrawal pangs are mostly gone & they weren't too difficult to deal with. To be honest I expected a little more of a problem quitting than I had. All these smokers throughout my life telling me how hard it is to quit, how terrible it was to go through, how it is harder to quit than heroin.
I even had one idiot (heavy smoker) say- what are you going to do, stay home crying in a fetal position until you cave in? (Oh, he was just diagnosed with emphysema and still won't quit)

In my original post I linked to the book which is copyrighted. I was under the impression it was "free" but it is not. The book is by Allen Carr, it is called "The easy way to quit smoking". I highly recommend it- it really did make my transition from a smoker to a non-smoker pleasant & I believe permanent. The only thing is you have to WANT TO QUIT. If you go into it half hearted you will fail.

Here's a link to amazon & the book-
